From 2018 to 2024, Uncle Norm has helped over 400 Indigenous individuals who participated in the program at COOEE to achieve their Learner Licence; this includes students, young people, young Mums and Dads and mature age. The program is facilitated by Uncle Norm and provides practical guidance to reinforce road safety and the importance of the safety of others after achieving the goal of getting a Learner Licence .

We thank Uncle Norm for all his hard work in helping our Indigenous people progress forward to help them achieve their learner licence and to help keep our roads safe.
